Energy is a much bigger part of who we are than many of us ever
realized before—that and some matter—which makes up
our physical body. We send and we receive energy. We are complex
energy beings. Traditional Chinese Medicine calls it ‘Chi’
the life giving energy that unites mind, body, and spirit.
Through the events of life experiences we can hold onto energies
that may contribute to imbalances or disruptions in our body’s
energy flow. Utilizing the techniques of body energy work, the
possibility of healing these imbalances aligns our Chi.
The Center for Well-Being focuses on the spiritual aspects of
energy healing, and what it means to look inward to claim the
peace and balance of who we are meant to be—an authentic
spiritual being.
“We
are not human beings having a spiritual experience.
We are spiritual beings having
a human
experience.”
Pierre
Teilhard de Chardin
Ones’ highest priority is to be loving to oneself and to
others, understanding that we are all one, consciously attempting
to honor our oneness as we move toward wholeness. The essence
of spirituality is the search to know our true selves, to discover
the true nature of our consciousness.
At The Center for Well-Being we offer a space and an opportunity
for those who seek the awareness of everyday miracles in their
lives.
